Where the data comes from
Market, dividend and standard-financial data come from Financial Modeling Prep and Tiingo. REIT-specific reported figures come from company earnings releases and supplements on SEC EDGAR. See our Methodology for exactly how each number is derived, and why a field sometimes reads "not disclosed" instead of showing a number we can't stand behind.
