Through subsidiaries Newrez and Genesis, the company ranks among the top five U.S. mortgage originators and servicers by volume, originating loans across multiple channels and servicing residential mortgage loans for both Agency and non-Agency portfolios. The Asset Management segment managed approximately $63 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2025, providing investment management services across private credit, real estate strategies, and other alternative asset classes, while the Investment Portfolio segment holds residential mortgage loans, single-family rental properties, consumer loans, non-Agency securities, excess mortgage servicing rights, and commercial real estate assets acquired through the Paramount Acquisition, including Class A office properties in New York City and San Francisco.
